piano fitness is undoing.  deeply rooted rituals, like sitting, walking, standing, (the way you scratch your nose!) might not need changing, but moving the levers in conjunction probably do, to improve efficiency-less work/more rest.  2nd arm continuously changes when watching the 2nd center.

piano fitness is amazing.  amazing 5 year improvement every practice and performance. playing alone is still quite a bit easier 'performing" but that takes practice too.

          details are improving throughout

op 14 memory returns slowly from '82's original study for junior recital performance.
          with music, it's feeling it under the fingers too..
