piano fitness is training.  learning to listen trains the mind/body connection.  the intended sound feels easy and relaxed.  mindful repetition develops muscle reactions that become automatic.  hearing the sound and feeling the motions=mind/body connections.  the relaxed thumbs seem to give support to the other fingers.  letting go is the difficult part.
