piano fitness is self improvement.  changing the sound by changing the feeling.  listening while releasing the bridge.  changing this habit day by day.  the tsunami waves continue but perhaps less intense as the muscles in the hand develop the strength to let go.

piano fitness is exciting.  training improves daily!  if the mystery is solved, the essence  of playing:  fingers point, bridges fall, forearms sway, arms swing.  essentials: balanced sits bones, neutral spine, bandhas.
