piano is fitness.  remaining open to new feelings takes concentration. life is change. every breath is unique.  relearning to sit after jill miller's yoga tune-up for the spine changed EVERYTHING.  breathing into opened back muscles, i was totally unaware of my frozen quadratus lumborum.  after 1 week of painful adjustment, relearning all the basics: breathing, sitting, walking.
