piano fitness is zen.  mind/body = self/soul. playing is singing meditation.  training continuously improves connection/balance.  sitting lower releases 2nd middle (inner arm) allowing captain and middle more freedom.  energy from soul through piano's  sound and feeling the golden thread start to finish is becoming normal.
