piano fitness is choosing.  there are only a few to choose from, but seemingly endless possibilities of combinations.  levers/sound  sitting/listening  which note will be the loudest in each measure/phrase  piano/yoga/pilates

the opening of the polonaise is an approaching train  (or trainwreck!)  the thumbs always parallel with the keys while maintaining a level wrist.  listening to the treble/bass voices, watching the alto...
