piano fitness finds inter-dependence.  the c2m all help each other move faster. the armii impluse can be directed to any finger.  the combinations seem countless.


warm up:
chopin 64.1  slowly building clearer focus of relaxed fingers responding to the impulses from brain/armii.  finding the precise position for the easier movement and stronger connection.

piano fitness is refining.  more aware of the released heaviness in the fingers! how it feels to try to move them quickly.

practicing:
chopin 1- right from the start, chopin composes a challenging A theme that continues to be more difficult than other sections.  the opening turn is the culprit and 128th notes @ mm108 seems impossible....  it appears that releasing c helps quiet a bit......
