piano fitness is life music.

the all inclusive awareness of even  unnamable feelings. the heart is stirring in the present moment.

the truth of opposites. low/high, bass/treble, piano/forte, largo/presto all seeking balance for efficiency.

the body's 3 balances - bottom/top, left/right, front/back
                 3 movements-front/back extension/flexion), side/side (elevation/depression), in/out
                           internal/external rotation.

the primary rhythms of choice 2 or 3
